Based on their experience and efficiency, we have various levels of personnel experience within our software development team:
- Trainees: They are part of the Ropardo Academy program, studying on cutting-edge technologies and trying their hand on pilot programming projects under the direct supervision of senior developers.
- Experienced juniors: smart graduates of ‘Ropardo Academy’ training program, ready to do programming tasks for business projects;
- Developers: specialists with extensive programming experience, not necessarily in terms of years, but rather on the depth of expertise, the variety of projects they performed for, the results achieved and the professionalism shown while working on Ropardo projects;
- Senior developers: specialists with both broad programming expertise and leadership skills.
