How do you group your personnel experience?

  • Experienced juniors: smart graduates of ‘Ropardo Academy’ training program, ready to do programming tasks for business projects;
  • Developers: specialists with extensive programming experience, not necessarily in terms of years, but rather on the depth of expertise, the variety of projects they performed for, the results achieved and the professionalism shown while working on Ropardo projects;
  • Senior developers: specialists with both broad programming expertise and leadership skills.
