Can you briefly describe ROPARDO’s creative and development philosophy?
Our development philosophy consists of investing in training, procedures and work environment for our employees. Also, we acquire expertise through challenging and innovative projects, study and continuous investment in our people.
We level up standards in terms of code quality and business processes by continuously feeding up Ropardo Academy. It is our own training program which takes young graduates or students in the final years of study and shapes reliable professionals.
As our role and mission are inevitably related to the community in which we perform our activities, we have understood the importance of our contribution to its lasting and sustainable development. Thus, ROPARDO has taken over additional responsibilities in the social and community development areas.
