Can you temporarily increase the size of the assigned development team?
Yes, we always make sure we are able to increase the size of the development team when needed. Therefore, if your requirements exceed our possibilities or a developer becomes unavailable, we have a generous pool of collaborators to back it up. Another alternative is extra hours done by our staff, but this is possible only on short periods of time.
Do you ensure technical support for software outsourcing?
Yes, we do. Our support team has full proficiency in English, some of them are also fluent in a second language like German and French, and a few speak Spanish and Hungarian. Their language skills are constantly worked out either on the job (at home or abroad), or in trainings.
